We will send you an email once your order is on its way or ready to be collected. In-store pick-up is free. You can send someone to collect on your behalf, just give them the details as listed in your order confirmation. We aim to deliver as requested and will offer same day delivery; if available. Alternately, we will notify you by email of any delays. To learn more on delivery We will hold your delivery for seven (7) days, after which we will return the items to stock and issue you store credit. If you cannot collect within the seven (7) days we may extend the holding period.
You may cancel your order before payment is confirmed. Once payment is confirmed the order is complete. However, unwanted orders need not be collected and we will issue you with a store credit.
