How to order

You may order in store, online or by phone then pick up your orders in store or we will deliver to you; anywhere island wide (Delivery charges apply).

If you have a gift card, gift certificate or discount coupon please advise upon ordering so it may be applied.

We will send you a confirmation email after you have placed your order (i.e. it is received by us) and we have accepted your payment. It will state the pick-up/delivery time frame in which you should expect your order. Please check all your email folders, including Junk.

Your Order

We will send you an email once your order is on its way or ready to be collected. In-store pick-up is free. You may send someone to collect on your behalf, just give them the details as listed in your order confirmation. We aim to deliver as requested and will offer same day delivery; if available. Alternately, we will notify you by email of any delays. To learn more on delivery click here or schedule your store pick up. We will hold your delivery for seven (7) days, after which we will return the items to stock and issue you with a store credit. If you cannot collect within the seven (7) days we may extend the holding period.

Cancellation

Cancellation

You may cancel your order before payment is confirmed. Once payment is confirmed the order is complete. However, unwanted orders need not be collected and we will issue you with a store credit.

* We collect for orders as soon as payment details are confirmed.

** Please note, orders cannot be amended once payment is taken.
