If you wear a bra that has under-wires that rub your inner arm as you swing your arms i.e. in walking and if the under-wire pinch as a dig into the side of the breasts; that pinch is always a result of a bra that is too small. This can leave you with breasts escaping at the side or top and or pain from the friction to your inner upper arm and side/root of the breasts.
