In a previous post we discussed lube types and some of its uses. As a reminder lubes are effective if you are experiencing dryness in the vagina or chafe during sex. The type of lube you choose depends on the use and your preference.

Oil based lubes are made from petroleum based products, they contain no water, they are usually slick and should not be used with latex condoms as it can cause them to break. Couples who don’t use condoms swear by oil based lubes.

A new sexual revolution!
